These Terms govern your use of Veyra ("we", "us", "the Service"), a personal cloud music storage and playback service available at veyraplayer.uk and through the Veyra app for iPhone. Veyra is provided by ANNMAR LIMITED, a company registered in England and Wales (company number 16014219), registered office 111 Bedford Way, Scunthorpe, DN15 8GF, United Kingdom.
By creating an account or using Veyra you agree to these Terms. If you use the iPhone app, Apple's Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies; where it conflicts with these Terms, these Terms apply to the extent permitted.
You may only upload audio files you legally own or have the right to store and stream for personal use — purchased downloads, your own recordings, or files you otherwise have rights to. You may not upload pirated or unlicensed content, and you may not redistribute, publicly share, or resell content stored on Veyra. Family plan sharing is limited to members of your immediate household, for personal streaming only — not download or redistribution.
You keep all rights to your files. You give us only the permission needed to store, process and stream them back to you and the household members you choose. We may remove content that we reasonably believe infringes someone else's rights.
Veyra is storage-based. Every paid plan removes ads and unlocks AI DJ, Family Radio, Events AI, the equalizer, crossfade and CarPlay.

Prices are shown in GBP including any applicable VAT. In-app prices may be shown in your local currency by Apple. We may change prices with advance notice; a change never applies to a billing period you have already paid for.
Paid plans are subscriptions, billed monthly or annually as selected, that renew automatically until cancelled. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you have paid for. A plan bought on the web or in the app applies to the same Veyra account everywhere.
Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer under UK law.
Each plan includes the storage allowance shown above, at checkout and in Settings. If you move to a plan with less storage than you are using, your existing files stay safe and playable, but you won't be able to upload more until you are under the limit. We may suspend accounts that exceed fair use, violate these Terms, or engage in abusive behaviour toward the Service or other users.
The owner of a Family plan can invite up to five other people in their household. Each person keeps a private library; the storage allowance is shared. The plan owner can see members' names and email addresses and can remove members. If the owner's plan ends, members return to the Free plan and keep their files.
You can share a personal invite link. We track who joins and upgrades through your link so you can see it in your account. Referral rewards are not currently offered; if we introduce them, their terms will be published here first.
AI DJ, Family Radio, Events AI and AI cover art are generated automatically from your track titles, artists, genres and the prompts you write. Generated playlists, artwork and spoken announcements may occasionally be inaccurate or unexpected. Weather in Family Radio is approximate and should not be relied on for safety decisions. Internet radio stations and podcasts come from third-party directories and publishers; we don't control or endorse their content.
Use Veyra with CarPlay or in a vehicle only in a way that is safe and lawful. Set up playlists and settings while parked.
We aim to keep Veyra available and your files backed up, but we don't guarantee uninterrupted service. We recommend keeping your own copies of original files. You can download your music back at any time, including after downgrading.
You can delete your account at any time in the app (Settings › Delete account) or by emailing us. Deletion is permanent. We may suspend or terminate accounts that seriously or repeatedly violate these Terms; where possible we will tell you why and give you the chance to download your files first.
Veyra is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, we're not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the Service, and our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or any other liability that cannot be limited under English law.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We'll show the new date at the top of this page and, for significant changes, tell you in the app or by email before they take effect. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. You can bring proceedings in the courts of England and Wales, or in the courts of the part of the UK where you live.
